Returns & issues

Because we fulfill through partners, return logistics depend on the product. We’ll always help you resolve defects and honest mistakes.

Damaged or defective

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order email, photos of the issue, and the package label if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to the supplier’s process.

Wrong size / change of mind

For unworn/unused items in original condition, we may accept a return within 30 days when the partner allows it. Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.

Please check size charts carefully for beds, bandanas, and apparel before ordering.

Hygiene items

Opened feeding products and similar personal-use items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

How to start a return

Email hello@barkandhearth.com with subject line “Return request” and your order details. Don’t ship anything back until we confirm the address and process.
